Tuesday Dinner at Mom's

Every Tuesday my mom treats the whole family by cooking an amazing meal.  This week in addition to her always good dal and aloo, she made some tandoori fish, saag paneer and her special kebab's with an egg in the middle.  The food and the company were both equally great.  We are so lucky to have this Tuesday tradition.

    Your Mom is a great cook...I really miss her.
    BTW these egg/meat preparation has a exotic name...Nargisi kebab. Enjoy.
